Prior to joining CRI, Thomas was the Head Investment Strategist at Taylor Street Advisors' Multifamily Division in Phoenix, Arizona. With a focus on acquiring and disposing of multi-family properties. Thomas sets himself apart from others in the brokerage industry with his genuine approach, relentless drive, and unwavering commitment to serving his clients with excellence.

His extensive knowledge of the apartment market and proven track record of successful transactions, totaling over $85+ million, make him a valuable asset to his clients. Thomas, who hails from Brooklyn, New York, was raised in Laguna Beach, California, which has since become his true home.
